Diabetic Eating What Is The Basic Principal Of Eating As A Diabetic?

What is the basic principal of eating as a diabetic? - diabetic eating

I was recently a diagnosis of "borderline diabetes."

I'm almost 41 years old. I illiminated sugar and white flour, the best of my abilities in my diet and eat three meals a day with a snack in the afternoon. So far I've lost 15 pounds in 30 days, my current weight of 235.0 euros and I'm 5'10 ".

My question is: What is the basic principle of life as a diabetic? There are a lot of proteins and carbohydrates and fat, you need to eat to maintain a constant level of glucose in the blood? Or a specific timetable?

Thank you very much for your help.

Limit your intake of carbohydrates. The body converts all carbohydrates into sugar. With simple carbohydrates: sugar, honey, syrup, etc., the body quickly converts it causes your blood sugar to avoid these peaks. Complex carbohydrates such as rice, oats, beans, etc. make longer and increases the blood sugar levels, but still rising. You must also be careful not to eat too much protein. The protein does not affect the level of sugar in the blood, but it affects the kidneys that are already working to get rid of excess overtime trying sugar. Make an appointment and speak with a nutritionist. Meanwhile, the practical control portions. This is where most of us into trouble. 1 / 2 cup is a portion of starch such as corn, beans, pasta, potatoes. 1 cup is a portion of cooked vegetables and raw vegetables 1 / 2 cup per serving. 1 ounces = 1 serving of meat, meat. Watch your diet and talk to a nutritionist and you should be able to your diabetes without medication switch control. Oh, and always carry candy with you in your blood sugar in the blood is too low. Good luck with that.
